When will my order be shipped?
We process your order and ship within 24-48 hours. Usually if the order is placed after 3:00 PM, it will be shipped on the next business day. Some furniture orders may take longer, especially if it's personalized. Orders are shipped via FedEx and UPS, depending on the manufacturer. Once your order is shipped, you will get an e-mail with its tracking number. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and federal holidays.
Some of the items we carry in our store are shipped directly from manufacturers warehouse. These include items manufactured by Anatex, Fret Guitars, KidKraft, LC Creations, Imagi Play, Talicor and XMusic Pro. These items may arrive separately from the rest of the order and may arrive a day or two later or earlier than the rest of the order.
Please note: If there is a holiday between the time you place your order and the estimated arrival date, be sure to add one to two business days (not counting weekends) to the estimated arrival date.

How can I easily calculate my shipping charges?
The easiest way to calculate your shipping charges would be to add your items to shopping cart, fill out your shipping address, choose your shipping method and click "Update Total".
When purchasing from Kiddie Klubhouse, be sure that your order will always be treated as the highest priority. The cost of shipping to continental United States is provided automatically at checkout, based on the total purchase amount.
Expedited Shipping
We currently offer UPS 2nd Day Air® and UPS 3 Day Select® to our customers, depending on the supplier.Expedited shipping may or may not be available on some items. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Kiddie Klubhouse ships online orders to all states within the US. All orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, or any other place outside continental United States, including military addresses, may incur additional shipping fees.

Does Kiddie Klubhouse accept international orders?
Currently Kiddie Klubhouse ships only to the United States.
Shipping Carriers
Kiddie Klubhouse and its suppliers reserve the right to use a shipping carrier of their choosing. At the time the order is processed, we will notify you via email of the shipping carrier and shipping tracking number for your purchase.Tracking and Confirming
If the item is shipped via UPS, you will be notified of the tracking number by e-mail at the time the shipment is processed.
If the item is shipped via the USPS Priority Mail, please keep in mind that the shipment cannot be tracked enroute.
In most cases, while checking the status of the shipment online, you will receive a message similar to one of the following:
"No information is available for this item. Please contact the sender."
"There is no record of that item. If it was mailed recently, information may not yet be available. Please try again later.
If you are the addressee, you should contact the sender for more information regarding when it was mailed.
NOTE: This does not mean that the item has not been mailed. It means that it has not been scanned in as having been delivered.

Kiddie Klubhouse cannot be held accountable for any carrier related shipping problem, manufacturer related shipping problem, or incorrect information provided during checkout that leads to delayed delivery. As always, if we become aware of delays we will relay this information to you in a timely manner.
